Fitbit is dedicated to helping people lead healthier, more active lives by empowering them with data, inspiration and guidance to reach their goals.
We have long believed that our devices and services can have a positive impact on the health behaviors and outcomes of our users, and the past year has provided exciting evidence of the impact, both through external studies and our own.

Join Dr. John Moore, Medical Director at Fitbit, as he takes you through these studies and their exciting results in our session at the SBM virtual conference. You’ll also learn:
  • How people can lead healthier, more active lives when empowered with data, inspiration and guidance to reach their goals.
  • How Fitbit has been investing in enhanced behavior change support services built upon health psychology and learning science principles.
  • How we work with our partner, Fitabase, to give health research teams a fast, straightforward, no-code way to create and manage studies that rely on Fitbit data.
